Order Acceptance Policy

Optdex reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Optdex further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Optdex upon shipment of products or performance of services that you have ordered, as indicated by our servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the common carrier. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

If the reason for your return is due to an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs and refund your original shipping charges; otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and the original shipping charges will be non-refundable. Related duties, taxes, and fees for shipments to and from locations outside the continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.

Product must be in like condition to when it was purchased and include all original parts, accessories, and original packaging. Not valid for special orders, wholesale transactions, or for purchases intended for resale, lease, rental, or transactions where there is a separate written agreement.
